Order Samples
Samples of most products can now be ordered directly from this website. Samples are generally sent using your freight account or we may charge a nominal fee to cover shipping and handling.
Many less expensive product can be sampled at no charge but for more complex products such as some ICs, evaluation boards, development kits, and other modules or assemblies, please see prices on the product pages.
For sample orders placed online, quantities are limited to 1, for up to 5 individual products. For larger sample requests, please give us a call.
To order samples, enter the product catalog (“Products”) from the main menu and on any product page click on “Add this product to my samples”. To view your cart, just click on the arrow in the upper right hand corner of “My samples” at the bottom of the product page.
In cases where an entire category of products appears on one product page (for example Thick Film Chip Resistors), please use the “Specifications” field to specify characteristics, such as resistance value and size.
Some products are not included in the sample ordering function. If you do not see the sample request field on the product page, please contact us for more information.
You will need to sign in to order samples. If you are signed in and still not able to send your order it probably means that we need more information from you (such as delivery address). If this happens, just click on the link “Add contact information” and you’ll get to the Customer Club page where you can change or add information. Save any changes and close the window to return to the product page. Note that you need to refresh your browser.
If you want to ship your order to address different from your registration, follow the instructions above. If you’re not registered at all, you need to follow the link “Register now” before continuing with your order.

Verify Address Info Make sure that your contact information is correct. If you want to change it, you can simply click on the link "Edit contact info".
| | Send the Order When you have added the products you want, signed in and verified your contact info, all you have to do is click on the "Order" button.
